Katherine Andreasen serves as the chief human resources officer at Bill Me Later Inc. -- a fast growing technology company, offering next-generation payment and marketing solutions.
Prior to Bill Me Later Inc, Katherine was the chief human resources officer for Orbitz Worldwide (NYSE:OWW) managing global human resources, real estate and facilities management organizations serving the business unit's brand portfolio, which includes Orbitz and CheapTickets in the Americas, eBookers in Europe, and HotelClub.com and RatesToGo.com in Asia Pacific. Katherine was a member of the management team that led through the split from Cendant Corporation and an acquisition by a private equity firm in 2006, then an IPO in July of 2007.
Prior to her role at Orbitz, Katherine was corporate senior vice president, Intellectual Capital (Organizational Development) for Cendant Corporation, a global diversified services company employing over 80,000 people.
Before her role at Cendant Corporate, Katherine was vice president of human resources and corporate administration for MOVE.com
